The role
You're early in your career but already comfortable with data, curious about AI, and sharp enough to hold your own in a client conversation. As an Analyst at Ardinois, you'll work alongside our consultants on live engagements — building analyses, structuring findings, and turning raw information into insight that drives real decisions.
You'll get direct exposure to C-suite problems and enterprise-scale data challenges from day one.
What you'll do
- Support client engagements across data strategy, AI implementation, and operating model work
- Build analyses, dashboards, and deliverables that clients actually use
- Research markets, industries, and use cases to inform recommendations
- Help develop internal frameworks, templates, and tools
- Grow quickly — we expect you to take on more responsibility fast
- A degree in a quantitative or analytical field (data science, economics, engineering, business analytics, or similar)
- Comfort with data tools (SQL, Python, BI platforms) and a willingness to learn fast
- Strong communication — you can explain what the data says, not just what it shows
- Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward action
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Netherlands
