The role
You’re early in your career but already comfortable with data, curious about AI, and sharp enough to hold your own in a client conversation. As an Analyst at Ardinois, you’ll work alongside our consultants on live engagements — building analyses, structuring findings, and turning raw information into insight that drives real decisions.
You’ll get direct exposure to C-suite problems and enterprise-scale data challenges from day one.
What you’ll do
- Support client engagements across data strategy, AI implementation, and operating model work
- Build analyses, dashboards, and deliverables that clients actually use
- Research markets, industries, and use cases to inform recommendations
- Help develop internal frameworks, templates, and tools
- Grow quickly — we expect you to take on more responsibility fast
What you bring
- 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a related field (internships count)
- Solid foundation in data tools — SQL, Python, Excel, BI platforms
- Structured thinking and clear communication — written and verbal
- A genuine interest in AI and how enterprises adopt it
- Eager to learn, comfortable with ambiguity, and not afraid to ask hard questions
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
