The role
We’re looking for a Senior Consultant who can walk into a boardroom, understand what’s broken, and translate it into an actionable data and AI roadmap. You’ll work directly with enterprise clients — diagnosing their operating model, designing their Intelligence Factory, and making sure implementations actually land.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll lead client engagements end-to-end, not hand off to a delivery team. You bring structure to ambiguity, and you know when to push back.
What you’ll do
- Lead diagnostic workshops and data & AI maturity assessments with F500 clients
- Design and implement data platforms, AI use cases, and operating models
- Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Translate complex findings into clear strategies and executive-ready communication
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to Ardinois’s methodology and thought leadership
What you bring
- 6+ years in data, analytics, or AI — ideally with time inside a large enterprise as well as consulting
- Proven ability to own a client relationship and deliver results independently
- Strong command of modern data infrastructure (cloud platforms, data lakes, ML pipelines)
- Experience with change management and operating model design — not just the tech stack
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Netherlands
